Using latest driver. Wattman says fans are spinning but they aren't. So frustrated about this.

This a known problem but easy to fix in the radeon software suite You can drag the fans up , grab the line and move it higher , if still not spinning which driver are you using the latest or older.

The fans for my card are not spinning up on startup. The card still works perfectly until it gets hot and goes into thermal shutdown. Somebody please help me.
