I reinstalled it and it didn´t help. Any other suggestions?

Hello i have asrock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming K4 motherboard with a r5 3600 sitting on it. The only way to properly control my fan speeds with a fan curve was through an tctrl option in F-stream tuning. Due to some faulty driver installs i had to completely reinstall my pc and now when I installed f-stream tuning again, the Tctrl option is missing. Any suggestions how to fix it?
