Thank you for posting your query to the ASRock forum. Please try the suggestions below to see if it will work: 1. Please install only one RAM to the system with the BIOS default loaded. 2. Please remove the SSD from the system to see if the problem will occur. 3. If it happens with the SSD installed, please try using the graphics drivers from the link below: https://www.asrock.com/nettop/AMD/DeskMini%20A300%20Series/#BIOS 4. If the problem persists, if possible, please try to clean install the Win10. 5. hello,
i've been using an A300 for around 6 months without a single problem, but now in the last week i encountered some boot problems problem: black screen and no power to mouse and keyboard on startup, holding the power button to restart the computer result in a normal start up no new software or hardware have been installed on the computer, only updated windows and amd graphic drivers (nothing the day before the problem started) A300 UEFI A300M-STX P3.60 AMD RYZEN 5 3400G 2x G.SKILL F4-3000C16-8GRS 1x Samsung 970 evo MZ-V7S500 only a wired mouse and keyboard connected to the computer any advice on how to fix it? |
