SOLVED!
I plugged the RAM to A2, B2 slots (they were in A1, B1 previously).
Later I see, It is also mentioned in manual book too.

Now it loaded the XMP2 template in BIOS, working in 3600 Mhz.
And the sudden reboot issue is also solved I guess now.

or set the ram to 3200mhz cl16 at 1.35 volt in bios manually

it should hold on to that steady

but as xalter has said its very very likely its the ram and the speed/timings thats your problem (the clue is its resetting to the stock jedec speed and timings)

My guess would be your RAM is not properly compatible with your board. If you
check the QVL you will note that there are no 32gb modules listed as supported.
There are 32gb kits but they consist of 2x16gb modules. These high capacity modules
are typically designed for HEDT systems (Threadripper, intel X299 etc). In a nutshell
you are lucky they run at all on your system, trying to enable XMP I suspect is
a no go situation.

For VFX and 3d I would have gone with a Threadripper setup if you are using that
much RAM regularly. If you are still able to, I would return the RAM and get one
of the 32gb kits listed as supported on your QVL:
https://www.asrock.com/mb/amd/x570%20taichi/#MemoryVM

If you absolutely need 64gb then make sure the kit/s you get are listed as supported
under "DIMM Socket Support" as 2/4 this indicates it is verified for your board
with all 4 slots populated so you can get 2 kits (4 x 16gb)

32gb RAM modules are still a relatively new innovation and are known to be picky
about what systems they work in.

Hello,

I was a life-long Mac user. After more than 20 years with Mac, I moved to PC this year mainly because of the Nvidia issue.
So, I am a total noob about how PC operates and BIOS, etc.
I work in 3D design and VFX.

I am experiencing a serious problem that doesn't let me leave the PC to 3D render for hours.
PC is suddenly rebooting itself when the CPU workload is extensive.
When I leave the PC to render at all hours, I find it restarted itself in a couple of hours and abandoned rendering.

What I realize during my search for a solution is,
My motherboard is recognizing my 3600 Mhz Rams as 2144 Mhz, and DRAM Volt to 1.20.
Whatever I do, countless trials, I cannot change it 3600 Mhz / 1.35 Volt.
Loading XMP 2.0 Profile also doesn't work. It always automatically change back to 2144 Mhz / 1.20 Volt.

In the long short,
- I want to use my Rams with 3600 Mhz.
- And I want to solve the sudden reboot problem.
And unfortunately, I have almost zero experience with how PC operates and BIOS, etc.

My configuration:
Motherboard: ASRock X570 Taichi
ASRock BIOS Ver: 3.40
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3080 EVGA XC3 Ultra Gaming
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin DDR4 3600
SSD: Samsung 2TB 970 EVO Plus
Power Supply: Corsair RM1000X 1000W
Thunderbolt Expansion Card: Gigabyte Alpine Ridge
Case: Fractal Design Define 7 Compact
