B450 Pro4 - use M.2_1 and PCIE 4x slot at the same

Hello, 

is there a way to disable this limitation?

"If M2_1 is occupied, PCIE4 will be disabled." 

For me at the moment this is a harsh limitation - who thought of something like that during the design of this board?

according to

If M2_1 is occupied, PCIE4 will be disabled.
