BSOD ASRock x570 Steel Legend Bios 3.70 & 3.80

   Good afternoon all,

I'm trying to update the BIOS of my Steel Legend X570. I'm using a 3700x CPU. Up until version 3.60 there has not been any trouble. But now after updaring to version 3.70 or 3.80 I get a BSOD on boot with a Bad_System_Config error. Reverting back to 3.60 fixes the problem. After updating I'm booting with default settings.

Any help with this problem would be very much appreciated.
