This happened to me a lot when an OC failed. What you need to do is set your windows boot manager to priority 1 in the first screenshot. For some reason after recovering from a failed OC the UEFI will default to what you show in your screenshot, which is incorrect.
Also, the occasional slow boot is a normal occurrence on Windows 10. Most likely installing updates (especially on a fresh install). Edited by GripS - 15 Feb 2016 at 11:36am |

Edit: thank you GripS, that worked!
I build a new PC recently, it was booting fine, it was a bit slow so I tried disabling CSM in UEFI, next time I rebooted I was greeted with this message: Nothing happens pressing buttons. I can only get into Windows 10 after pressing F11 and selecting "Windows Boot Manager": http://i.imgur.com/26ece6k.jpg I tried enabling CSM in UEFI but to my surprise it was already enabled, and rebooting will still give me the same problem. The only drive I've so far installed is the Samsung 950 Pro. This is how the UEFI looks like, I haven't changed anything other than disabling CSM http://i.imgur.com/DkFwpSv.jpg http://i.imgur.com/45SJZr6.jpg How can I get back into Windows 10 the normal way? Thanks for the help. Edited by Kellogs - 16 Feb 2016 at 9:50pm |
