Of course it does. You should update to the latest UEFI/BIOS version, which will have the latest NVMe support added.

I have an NVMe Intel 750 SSD as the OS drive in my ASRock X99 Extreme6 board, and a Samsung 950 Pro in the Ultra M.2 slot. They both work fine.

My real question is does it support the samsung 950 pro 512 gb m.2 ssd...
