Best would be to use the support form, your details will speed up the diagnostics process
https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp?ln=en When using a gmail account, check the spam folder for replies. In this case, you could do 2 things. Disable fast startup in Windows, and set Deep Sleep to, Enabled in S4 S5. It could be that the LED's stay on for some seconds before they go off. |

Kind Regards

Hey guys, so i recently bought an AIO (MSI Core Liquid 240r) and wanted to be able to control the rgb on the head and the fans. Now, the MSI third party program doesnt detect their own product (which made me very angry) so i decided to install the Asrock Polycgrome RGB program which allows you to directly control the RGB from it (link: https://download.asrock.com/Utility/RGB/PolychromeRGB(v1.0.93).zip). Now to my actual problem, whenever the PC turns off, the rgb lights stay on, despite me disabling the option from the BIOS (Turn on onboard LED in S5 is set to DISABLED). I tried uninstalling the program and restarting the PC more than 5 times and it the lights still seems to stay on. What could possibly be the Problem? Any suggestions and fixes?
