Hello everyone

I recently purchased the Z170m Pro4S along with:
Intel i5 6600K
Kingston 32GB 8GBx4 (in the list of supported ram)
Gigabyte R9 380 windfury OC 2GB

After I setup everything together my Windows 10 started crashing with blue screen of death (BSOD) with the following codes, in random:
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
KERNEL_DATA_IN_PAGE_ERROR
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA
PFN_LIST_CORUPT

Just to note, the PC was crashing at very random occasions, trying to install an application, trying to run an application, trying to play a game, trying to install windows 10...

So after 4, yes FOUR, days of running CPU, memory (overnight), hard disk tests, messing with the hardware, unplugging the graphics card, unplugging the RAM one by one, switching their slot, blowing air, praying, performing voodoo and dark rituals, I finally, decided to check the version of the motherboard bios. To my surprise, it was running version 1.0. Then I checked the respective website and found out that the most recent is 2.6. So I downloaded the new bios version and flash it. It's been now more than a day and the PC is running very smooth. I am 99.99% sure that the issue is fixed because I was getting BSOD very often.

I decided to write this post so that I can help anyone that might face a similar issue with the Z170m Pro4S. ALSO, I would urge ASRock to add some of this information to the motherboard webpage to let any future buyers that they should consider updating their BIOS if they are facing similar issues!

Thanks for reading.
