Just go for another brand.
Often this is caused by a firmware compatibility issue, and it will work on another board, ergo, the board is defective, but when another brand is connected it works Also when using an PCIE (NVME) M.2 You can only use it in M2_1 - 1 x Ultra M.2 Socket (M2_1), supports M Key type 2242/2260/2280 M.2 PCI Express module up to Gen3 x4 (32 Gb/s) (with Vermeer, Matisse, Cezanne, Renoir, Picasso, Summit Ridge, Raven Ridge and Pinnacle Ridge) or Gen3 x2 (16 Gb/s) (with Athlon series APU and Raven Ridge 2)** - 1 x M.2 Socket (M2_2), supports M Key type 2230/2242/2260/2280 M.2 SATA3 6.0 Gb/s module *M2_2 and SATA3_3 share lanes. If either one of them is in use, the other one will be disabled. |

I just bought a Crucial P3 plus yesterday. It works fine at the shop where I purchased it. But when I installed it on my B450m steel legend, it just get stuck on the motherboard screen. How do I resolve this? I can't even enter to the bios menu. But if I remove the nvme, my pc works just fine...
