   Did You try the tool from the ASRock website?
Also, sometimes a Clr CMOS and a restart can help.
When other RGB hardware is present, it can be, that there is a conflict, because every hardware manufacturer, buys a different controller, with its own software

	When I first purchased this computer, the first thing I did was disable the fan RGB in the BIOS. Nothing has changed since then, and somehow the fan RGB just randomly turned on again. I double checked the BIOS, and the RGB is still configured to be disabled. Any ideas how to turn these things off?
