Does your MB have a Dr Debug code display on the MB? If so, what Code does it hang on? Or is your system booting, you just never get a display?

I've got a z690 ITX TB4 board, with an RTX 3090 plugged directly into the PCIe slot (no riser). No matter what I try, my GPU is not detected unless I have riser card support enabled in BIOS. This is less than idea, since this limits my GPU to x8 lanes, and I'd rather get all 16. Anyone know what gives?
