Please refer to the following link to turn on the Intel Platform Trust Technology and set CSM to disabled to see if you are able to reactivate Win11.

	I just updated the DeskMini B660 bios from 8.02 to 12.02 and Windows 11 Pro is now deactivated so I have to reactivate which I'm also having issues with.
