I have also found when opening Polychrome, the DetectComponentForm process is not responding. The program opens and controls other aRGB, but the PCH RGB remains off and uneditable.

I've been having issues with my Polychrome detecting the LEDs under the PCH cover, almost as if the controller for it is missing. Currently, it is stuck in an 'off' state, and nothing I have tried has been able to return function to these LEDs. The RGB under the IO shield is working just fine, as well as all of my other components. I have made sure that Polychrome is the only RGB software I have, as well as uninstalling (and removing left over files) and reinstalling Polychrome itself multiple times.
I have tried using: >cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin >wICPFLASHADSBv2.exe /file=nu51_3.04 The .exe opens, displaying: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- wICPFLASHADSBv2 v1.0.8 - ASRock Incorporation, all rights reserved ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Project Name = B650E Steel Legend WiFi BIOS Version = 1.28.AS01 However, nothing changes after this point. It seemingly will not run. I have also tried using the WriteFW.bat file in the bin folder to flash the RGB chip, as I saw it was a recommendation if the first method had not worked. This method opens CMD, but it crashes/closes almost immediately. I have tried both methods with and without administrator permissions, and still nothing. As seen above I have the 1.28.AS01 release for BIOs, which is labeled as a [beta]. Will I need to backflash the bios to an earlier version to get the RGB chip flash to run? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated, thank you. |
