How do BMC eth0 eth1 relate to IPMI_LAN LAN1 LAN2 ports?

With BMC eth0 eth1 both enabled:

BMC eth1 does DHCP promptly, IPv4 and IPv6 both work.

BMC eth0 DHCP client solicits, the server offers, BMC never accepts, and BMC eth0 then repeats DHCP solicitation ad infinitum.
