I had a similar issue, it was how I formatted my boot drive when I installed W10. This is the thread I started at Tom's Hardware that fixed the issue.

I HAVE A ASROCK MOBO B450M pro4 2.0 with a AMD Ryzen 5700x CPU
In order to install Windows 11 I try to enabling the secure boot and it does not work Instead I have a message to disable CMS and it does note work, I'm stock in a vicious circle without being able to do so . Thanks for your help Jack |
