Oh yes, big time, when a random memory user (not the OP in this thread) does not believe they cannot use any model of memory with their CPU and board, they tend to believe the memory manufacture rather than me. |

Your board's information page on ASRocks product website has an extensive memory compatibility list. This is a direct link to your board's memory support list: http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/Fatal1ty%20990FX%20Killer/?cat=Memory This list is not comprehensive, and does not include every possible memory model you can use in your board. Most memory manufactures have a tool to find compatible memory models for a given board. For example, this is a link to G.SKILL's RAM Configurator tool, which of course will only provide G.SKILL memory models.
