Also that rgb also doesn't turn of when the PC is off but not off the PSU
Is that normal?

So I got this board and it seems that the chipsets RGB and a bit near the io shield are kinda broken I have not yet installed a OS its just on the bios for now
Is the rgb broken?
Can it be fixed through ASRock rgb software?
