ECC memory is supported only with Xeon E5 processors, which model do you use?
A few of these Xeon's require a specific UEFI/BIOS version, so we can check that if we knew the model number. Kingston includes your ASRock X99 WS board in their compatibility list of the Kingston KVR21R15D4K4/64 memory you have: http://www.kingston.com/us/memory/search/?partid=kvr21r15d4k4/64 |

What CPU model? Assuming Xeon obviously.I had a board with a bad dimm slot producing memtest ECC errors so it could be the board. Failing that CPU pin placement could be off or maybe dust/dirr on soclet/cpu pins, but predumably that would throw a CPU error instead.

Bad news... got the new memory (the one that is listed on the ASRock website as being compatible), installed it, and same error message. 19 and b0 flashing alternately. Not sure what to do next... Contacted support, waiting for reply....

This was the response from Tech Support:
b0 is memory issue related. Please power up the m/b without no memory. You should get code 19 or 53, that is correct. I will suggest try with other brand of memory first. So I ordered the Samsung ECC one (M393A2G40DB0-CPB(RDIMM)(ECC)) listed on the compatible memory page http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/X99%20WS/index.asp?cat=Memory. Will update later.... |

On my new build I get DrDebug Error codes alternating between 19 & 60 (or b0). Memory related. I tried my DIMMs one by one, cleared the CMOS, different memory slots (A1, etc.), but no luck. At one or two times one of the sticks would work and it would boot all the way (until it says no operating system installed, which is expected). But when I try the same stick again it doesn't work anymore... Strange. Are all my 4 sticks bad? Thanks!
Memory detail: Kingston 64GB (4 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM ECC Registered DDR4 2133 (PC4 17000) Server Memory Model KVR21R15D4K4/64
