it has Bios ver: G41M-VS3 P1.40

I download G41M-VS3 R2.0(1.90)ROM.zip
I extract it to a Formated Fat32 2GB usb
G41VS3_1.90

Started my pc, press F6, it say "No Bios File found"
it shows my USB & My Hard Drive, on the right.
Pressing F3 to scan, did not fix it.

What file name is the Asrock Instant Flasher looking for ?

I copy the zip file to the usb
I re-copy the file and name it G41VS31.90
I tried BIOS.ROM, AMI.ROM, ASROCK.ROM, etc...

I then tried :
G41MVS31.90
G41MVS3_1.90
G41M-VS31.90
G41M-VS3_1.90

It still gives  "No BIOS file found"

Can you help Thanks.

First of all, are you certain that your board is the G41M-VS3 R2.0? The "REV G/A 2.00" on the board identifies it as the G41M-VS3 R2.0 board, so you should have the right BIOS file. BIOS files for any other board will not be seen as correct and not listed for a BIOS update.

The BIOS file name should (must) be G41VS3_1.90, the result of extracting the .zip download file. That is the correct file for use with Instant Flash. The .zip file will not work.

You have copied that file to the main folder of a USB flash drive, that is correct.

Did you put the USB flash drive into a USB 2.0 port on the board's IO panel? If not, you must use a USB port on the board's IO panel.

Does your BIOS have the Instant Flash option in the Tools section? If it does, try using the Instant Flash option from the BIOS instead of the F6 option.
