Asrock Xtreme 6 3.1 Boot issue!

   Hello, got Bios v. 3.0 and a Asrock Xtreme 6 3.1 with >
i7 6800k

Gforce Gtx 980ti oc

HyperX ddr4 3000 > Supported on your ram list!

got much time boot error : failed to boot several times!

What shoul be the problem? Ithink smth is with the CPu and bios... cause sometime it boot with 2,8ghz.. and normal is arround 3,4ghz.. maybe other got the same problem?
