H170M Pro dual monitor problems

   I'm running the latest Ubuntu on the H170M Pro with two monitors, connected to DVI-D and HDMI.  The second monitor (HDMI) is not working, but it was working with the old motherboard.

xrandr shows this:

Screen 0: minimum 8 x 8, current 1600 x 1200, maximum 32767 x 32767
DP1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
DP2 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
HDMI1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
HDMI2 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
HDMI3 connected primary 1600x1200+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 408mm x 306mm

Why is the HDMI connector not working?
