VCCIO issue

   Hi.

I have a problem with vccio voltage. I can't set up higher than 1.16v , asrock  support told me to set pch voltage to 1.16v  then I can use vccio higer than 1.16v and its true , 1.17v,1.18v 1.2v etc  no problem.  However in my opinion this is a bug in bios and vccio  should be able to adjust  without moving pch voltage. What do You think ?

Pc Specs:

i5 6600k
Asrock Z170 Extreme4 BIOS: 7.00

Crucial 2x8GB DDR4 2133mhz CL15 

CT2K8G4DFD8213

OCZ ZT 650W
