I've got a brand new build that has hung on restart out of the box. All components are brand new, seals were cut and boxes opened by me. H170M-ITX/DL - Bios rev. 1.7 I5-6600 - 6th gen Radeon RX-480 2x Avexir Core 8gb DDR4 4 PCIE Storage devices I have no problem running the computer. In fact, I am stoked about the fact that I can finally play Fallout 4. Problem: it simply hangs every time it restarts. Successfully shuts down every time. Successfully boots up every time. From feedback on the green power LED on the case, it seems to be getting stuck in a loop as the LED turns off, comes on, nothing posts or beeps, is steady for a few seconds (without red HDD indication of activity) , then turns off and comes back on again. Cleared CMOS jumper before initial boot and reset to defaults in bios. Won't restart from windows or from bios. Cleared bios after initial boot Windows 10 installation and reset to defaults in bios. Never changed any of the bios settings. The motherboard has given me no errors on boot or in reporting hardware in the bios. And why is my backspace key not working in this entry box? Thanks for any help and suggestions.
