No, it states that it has integrated graphics in conjunction with an A-Series APU. I know it can be a little confusing. No APU, no onboard graphics I am sorry to say. It is a common misunderstanding
From the product page.

I just bought ASROCK FM2A88M Extreme4+ R2.0 motherboard, and specs says that is has Integrated AMD Radeon??R7/R5 Series Graphics in A-series APU. However I could not boot with on board connections: HDMI, DVI nor VGA. I inserted external GPU to PCIE and everything booted correctly to UEFI BIOS. There I setup Primary Card as On board. I plug out external GPU and started computer again, however I again dont see anything on my EIZO monitor. :-(
