There are a few killer models, when you post make sure model is correct.

The B4 is a USB problem, you need to try a PS2 keyboard and maybe a USB mouse in BACK USB 2.0 NOT 3.0.

I can't check BIOS, you not post model of board or CPU.

Triple check all fan plugs and all headers like the case, power, led.

**** Please post motherboard model, CPU model, Windows version,    and see if you can borrow PS2 keyboard.  Try reflash BIOS if you get PS2 keyboard.

Good Evening all!
First, sorry for my bad english (I'm German).

I have massive Problems with my X99X Killer Board.
It seems to have it's oiwn life. Doing what it want to.

Explanation:

Enter the Bios is a hard thing.
Sometimes it Works with my Logitech G710+ Keyboard, but most not.
With my G105 Keyboard its the same (Fastboot is disabled).
After 3 Hours i was able to enter the BIOS, because the Board was about 10 Seconds in a "b4" State (This was the Code on the Board, which was shown to me). So ... But then, i wasnt able to install Windows. All of my Disks or USB Drives failed (Installer loads but the GUI never shown up). Since 4 hours i was not able to install Windows on a second drives. Sometimes the Mainboard hangs up with an 66 Error Code.
And if i can enter the bios, windows cannot be installed, because the GUI does not load.
Im very pissed at this moment. (BIOS is newest Version) I've reset the BIOS and also plugged out the BIOS Battery three or four times.

Anybody an idea?
