Check/test your memory and also the video card. More than likely you'll discover one is the culprit there.

Check your memory in the MB one stick at a time installed that it boots or not then check using only the other stick.

Check your video card by installing a known good one, or by moving yours to a known working computer.

  I have an ASROCK Z77 Extreme 4 on my workstation.It's completely bare apart from 750w psu,Akasa K32 heatsink,3.3ghz Intel Pentium 4 LGA cpu, DDR3 2x4gb Crucial Ballistix Tactical 1333mhz 240 modules and a 750Ti vga card.
Every time I switch on.The heatsink fan and psu starts up and the fans on the vga do.But everytime I switch on,I get cmos error 10 appear on the motherboard. No hdd or dvd drives are connected, not even the keyboard or mouse.
Can anyone with a good knowledge of Asrock Extreme4 motherboards please help.
