We need MORE support on z170 motherboards for KABY LAKE. The latest BIOS for AsRock z170 extreme4 v.7.3 beta (1/9/2017) has problems with voltages and have no Power Save option. Overclocking on AUTO above 4,6ghz is crashing. You can do it manual but it should work. I hope you release at least one stable BIOS version on z170 motherboards for Kaby Lake. The latest non beta BIOS doesnt have OC TWEAKER at all + other missing options. Please more frequent support.

It is entering an S3 hybrid sleep state. Hence the 30 displayed.

The HDD activity is the hibernate file being read/restored.

Hello!

I have bought some weeks ago this mobo with an i3-6100, 2x8GB Corsair V. LPX 3000 DDR4, Toshiba DT01ACA100, Samsung 850 Evo 250, and an LG BH16NS40 blu-ray writer. The PSU is an Eneremax Platimax 500, the vga is a 1060 3GB MSI GamX. I'm using win 10 pro x64.

The problem occurs when I wake up the computer from sleep state. The Dr. Debug shows "30" instead of "AA" which used to be shown after normal boot (I mean, I switch on the machine, after shutdown). As I read, the code "30" means nothing if the computer works without problem. And I have to say, the computer works perfectly, there is nothing problem, BUT the HDD LED light constantly. Sometimes it blinks, but usually it shows that the HDD-s are continously working.

I checked of course the activity in the Task Manager, especially the Activity monitor, but 0% is shown on both HDD and SDD, and there is no disc in the ODD, which could make me trick. I have enough RAM to let the system ignore the Virtual Memory, but I checked and only about 60 MB is used from the fixed 16384 MB on the HDD. The system is on the SSD.

This event looks like an invert LED working on HDD, after wake up. Light when the HDD is not used, and doesn't light when it works.

Does anybody have idea about this?
