X99 OC 3.1 with I7 6850K No boot? Cant even get into bios
I've spent weeks now replacing every part in my computer only to realize that it appears to be an issue with the GTX 1060 card and my X99 OC 3.1 When I boot I get an error code 62. i have multiple 1060 cards and they all give same error. The motherboard works fine with my old 290X card and the 1060 gtx cards work fine with other motherboards. EVGA says that the motherboard most likely needs to have a bios update to support the new GTX code, but when I try to email Asrock, I have not heard back on this. The craziest thing is that I am able to get past the error code 62 when I unplug the first DP cable and plug it back in(no its not the cable, ive tried 5 other cables too) Pease help, does anyone else have this problem and has found another solution or will Asrock release a bios update :/ I've spend so much time trying to get this computer to work :/ |
