No. Only the Fatal1ity boards support F-Stream. The remainder, excluding the OC Formula's which use Formula Drive,  use A-Tuning.

I tried doing the OC profile on my Taichi Z270 board to 4.7 target, yet CPU-Z and Windows still show 4.2.  Does F-Stream work with that motherboard as well?

What does F-Stream show?

Also, X99M Fatality Killer/3.1 or X99X Fatality Killer/3.1 ?

Hi thanks for your reply.  The motherboard is x99 Fatality 3.1 .  And yes the OC  is set to 4ghz in the bios using the OC Tweaker.   The OC was working fine until the Windows 10 anniversary update.  Since then the processor is running at 3.6 and I can't get the OC to work no matter what I do.  I checked the power settings in windows and it still set to "high performance".  I just don't understand what the update did to change this?  Pulling my hair out.

If you know the date, or the approximate date of the Windows update, open the Programs and Features option of Windows 10. Check the Installed On date of the Intel Management Engine Components, and the Version.

Compare the version to that of the version for your unknown X99 board under the Windows 10 download list.

When you installed Windows 10 the first time, how did you install the basic Intel drivers and software? Did you install the INF driver ver:10.1.2.10?

You're saying that your OC is still set in the UEFI/BIOS, but your CPU never reaches the OC speed you set? What are you using to check the speed of your processor?
