What bios version are you using? You could try update your BIOS to the latest version for your board, it states "improve system compatibility" for version 1.60.
It may be worth clearing CMOS with the card installed.

Hi

I have a 980de3/u3s3 AMD Mother BD and a GEForce GTX 750TI video board.
Its a new install and on first boot it seemed to work fine.  I missed the POST but when I got the monitor plugged in,  it was sitting with a "no boot device" found.       I tried to boot to BIOS screen but on first reboot it got stuck on the video card BIOS load message

Subsequent reboots resulted in a NO DVI signal message on my monitor     I connected an internal speaker and am now hearing 1 long and 8 short beeps.    Google search says this is a video adapter missing / failure message.

However when I put the card in another PC it works fine.

Any thoughts on what to try next?

Thanks

Mike
