Dear qwased,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

The BIOS structure of BIOS P2.00 is exactly v1.0.0.4a, and it?™s also confirmed by AMD.

Because the 3rd party tool read the AGESA code version from the specific strings and the strings hasn?™t been modified as v1.0.0.4a, the 3rd party tool just show the AGEDA code as the old version ?œv1.0.0.3??

But we have released latest BIOS P2.30 to Update Agesa Version string "SummitPI-AM4 1.0.0.4a", please refer blow link to verify again.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD

X370 Killer SLI and X370 Fatal1ty K4 are the only ones that only support 2933+ memory as it's listed on Asrock website...

This sucks, I'am seriously considering selling this board and getting an Asus X370 Prime, which I know for sure that supports my memory at 3200MHz

There are so many boards that support 3200MHz, yet the Killer and the Fatal1ty X370 don't

Confused

in the grand scheme of things
by the time you have changed boards the agesa 1005 bios will be out and we all should see 3200+ support

maybe its better the just wait

Yes that's for sure, the moment I change to another board Asrock will release a bios supporting 3200+ memory on the Killer, Murphy's law never fails, but it's been so many bios out now and none of them has achieved it.

If it was the same for some other of their boards, but it only happens to the Killer and the X370 K4, they are are the only Ryzen Asrock boards stuck at 2933+, I don't knnow why Asrock deciced to do that Confused

Yea it did. Something along the lines of "Update to AGESA (Improve Ryzen 5 support)"

I'll look into that.

So it's an error, hope they release bios with agesa 1.0.0.4 soon.
