Check to make sure you have all the power cables connected to your motherboard correctly (24pin and 8pin)
Try a single module of RAM in the slot closest to the CPU and make sure it is seated properly.

new built i3-6100,8gbram,geforce gtx 750 ,on a asrock b150m pro4v mobo turn it on everthing working runs for about 12sec. then fans slow down then run back to full speed keep running but will not boot-up i'm tapping f2 then the monitor gos in entering safe mode
