Those are decently priced for the speed and cas latency rating. With the Cas latency of 13, they're most likely going to be samsung b-die. Which will give you the best chance of running at their rated clock speeds. Plus the 32GB (4x8GB) kit version of this ram at 2666 is on the boards QVL list. So the 2x4gb kit should easily work. |

the rule of thumb for 'best guess'
is to see what other people get running on that board (and what speed it can run at) search the board here and it then displays results of rambrands that people have used http://rymem.vraith.com/ |

Hi All,
I had a search around the forums and on the site and couldn't see a definitive answer on RAM compatibility. I'm upgrading to Ryzen 5 1600 on the ASRock Pro4 ATX and remembered I now need DDR4 RAM. I'm looking at moderate gaming so not looking for high £ / performance! Am I correct in thinking that Corsair CMK8GX4M2A2666C16 Vengeance LPX 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 2666Mhz would work with Ryzen & the board? https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0123ZB70Q/?tag=pcp0f-21&th=1 Apologies if I've missed this already answered! Thanks!
