this seems to be a common issue:https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/11ug9rn/known_stable_am5_with_128gb_ddr5_configurations/.
i'll try lowering my mem speed tomorrow and see if that works.
If you have some other solution please post them.

New build ASRock X670E Steel Legend with Ryzen 9 7950X3D
128 GB DRAM (4x32GB) 5200 MHz

I have seen that using four sticks can cause problems and have attempted some workarounds from online in the bios settings but I can't seem to get them to work properly.

It works every time with two sticks (64GB). But with all four the red DRAM light blinks for a long time. Sometimes it will actually boot. When it does the speed is lowered to 3600 MHz. But the next reboot the DRAM light will keep blinking and will not boot. If I try to boot a few more times eventually it will boot again. I haven't been able to find the settings to make it stay at 5200 MHz and get it to boot up everytime.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
