Steel Legend B550M ram problem

Hello, I have a problem with this motherboard, I have an asrock b550m steel legend, with a ryzen 5 5600, before I had 2x8 corsair 16gb, and now I bought a 32 2x16 kit from G.Skill at 3200 and it only reads one ram card with a lot of trouble in slot a2, if I leave them in a1-a2 it doesn't work, and in a2-b2, as if it were dual-channel normally, it only reads a2 and it does the same with the old cards
