I have many problems with this motherboard (bios 1.30)
1) Memory support list is wrong, according to my test with "HX318LS11IBK2/16" Kingston DDR3L HyperX, it doesn't support 1866MHz anyhow, forced to use 1600MHz to get it working dual channel. 1.35v -> 1.5v also do it more stable, but really that kill whole point of 1.35v and 1866MHz, if you cannot use them. 2) Power Gear "Sport" is same as "Normal", I thought it would release more performance somehow, but no there is no difference between them. 3) J4205 doesn't support HT by default, but why Intel then released "Microcode" update for it also on 7/7/2017? https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26925/Linux-Processor-Microcode-Data-File?product=95591 When we can get newer bios update with updated microcode / improved memory / system support? You have some beta bios to fix problems with some TVs. Thank you! Edited by runboy93 - 17 Jul 2017 at 8:42am |
