As an FYI, I spoke with asrock technician this morning and he highly recommended Corsair and advised me to steer clear of G. Skill rams.

If you look at my sig, I'm using the ram kit which you are planning to get. My MOBO/CPU wont recognize it as dual channel and I'm in the process of returning the board.
Ryzen 1700X
Asrock X370 Fatal1ty prof gaming (1.0.0.6a)
G.Skill 8gx2 3200 FlareX 14-14-14-34 CAS 14 (F4-3200C14D-16GFX)
EVGA G3 750 80Gold
EVGA clc 280 AIO

Hello,

(Currently at work right now writing this.)

This is my first current build I've done by myself. I turned on my psu switch, pressed the power button.
All fans are running, but my monitor reads "hdmi no signal"

I cant press the power button to turn it off, I have to hit the psu switch in order to turn off the computer.

my hdmi is plugged into the gpu.

The ram im using is CMU16GX4M2C3200C16
Corsair Vengance LED 2x8 16GB 3200
I know this isnt on the supported/tested list.

Now, after more and more research about my ram on newegg and amazon there are reviews of people with the same board and same ram who got it to work.

the 5th review down on newegg by Mr. H has the same board and ram and got it to work

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820236078&cm_re=vengeance_led_2x8_3200-_-20-236-078-_-Product

am I just unlucky, how did they have success with same ram, mobo, psu.

If I get ram on the asrock qvl list, so i can reach the bios, update it. will that change anything? and use the corsair ram after the update.
assuming I installed everything else correctly.

after work I'm going to purchase G.Skill Flare 3200 F4-3200C14D-16GFX and see if It will boot up and show something.

I'm not sure how to use speaker errors or Dr Debug or if that would help

I'm also using a Ryzen 1700X, Kraken x62, EVGA gtx 1080ti, EVGA 750w G2.

checked my motherboard standoffs, I reinstalled new thermal paste on the cpu.
I resembled and put everything together twice and still no post.

Help is greatly appreciated!
