Have you tried a full CMOS clear by removing the battery for an hour or so? That may clear the "stuck" channel.

I've done a bios reflash.
I've done a cmos clear via jumper.
I've set UEFI settings to default..
Still no change. Even when I have both LED channels off, the wraith spire LED ring is still lit.
The Green on LED channel 1 seems to be completely stuck on even if the channel is turned off.

Something doesn't feel right about this and am worried about other components being impacted as it seems like a power issue. I'll do the CMOS clear via battery removal and report back.

I'd like to know about this LED flash tool :

If I can't get this resolved soon, I'm going to have to return the board. I would much rather not but I haven't heard any word from Asrock.

Motherboard : X370 Gaming X
Bios version 3.00x
Processer : Ryzen 1700

I currently have an issue whereby the LED Channel 1 has the Green Signal stuck on.
When I set the values R:255, G:0, B:0 (my AMD wraith spire ring is orange)
If I set the values to R:0,G:0,B:0 (it is green)
If I set it to R:0,G:0,B:255 (it is aqua blue)

Thus the culprit seems to be that the Green led is stuck on for some reason.
I re-flashed bios and it didn't fix the issue.

Also, breathing mode doesn't appear to be working

LED channel 2 works fine for all of the colors and modes.

I don't appear to have any other issues.
I need a reply as soon as possible.
It appears to be related to :

Except I am doing this in bios and the Green signal appears to be stuck.
I need resolution as soon as possible, otherwise I will be returning the board.
