If the specifications of an ASRock board do not state a PCIe or M.2 slot will not be available if either of them are in use, then they both can be used at the same time. If the specifications state using a PCIe or M.2 slot will disable one of them if the other is in use, then they both cannot be used at the same time. All the boards you listed have varying sets of features based on how the resources available from the CPU SOC and chipset are allocated to various features by the design of the board. For example, some boards have more AMD SATA ports than the others, which use PCIe lanes, so fewer are available for other interfaces. |

Thanks for the reply !
Ended up going for the Asrock Fatal1ty X370 Gaming K4 on a purely aesthetic preference as the feature set seem practically identical to the X370 Killer Sli. SLI / Dual Cards work with M.2 Ultra NVME aswell. Cannot confirm if using the 2nd M.2 slot affects second pcie x16 slot. Neither the X370 Killer SLI or the Asrock Fatal1ty X370 Gaming K4 say that it does though. Reason for the post os the Fatal1ty X370 Professional Gaming , X370 Taichi, Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming K4, AB350 Pro4 make mention of pcie x16 slots being disabled if the m.2 or 2nd m.2 slot is being used. Anyways.. |

I am not using SLI but I am running dual GFX cards and booting from a Corsair Force MP500 m.2 Ultra.
I am unsure if both slots can be used but i don't see why not. |

Hi there, hoping you can help..
I need to know if the ASRock X370 Killer SLI motherboard can both SLI with two GFX cards while still using the M.2 NVME slots. If so, can both M.2 slots be used while in SLI ? I see no mention a of a PCIe x16 slot being disabled but other boards disable the 2nd PCIe x16 slot so I am concerned that it was something that had been forgotten to be mentioned on the boards specs. Can someone please confirm !? Thanks.
