[Google translator] Hello, ASRock TSD! Thank you initially for the work and dedication in helping me with the problem. Today I took the motherboard and the 1030 to the store where I bought the VGA. It was really my fault in the process. I did not know that VGA only supported two monitors only after having the driver installed in the S.O. As the PC of the seller the boot was very fast, I ended up failing to not notice it. Adding the detail of that when testing DVI / HDMI together at boot, leaving the HDMI alone I needed to turn off the PC and reboot to give feedback of the video. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your attention. Best Regards |

Dear Zakspeed,
Thank you for choosing ASRock and contacting us.
Regarding your case, we have built a system in
our lab to test. This is our system configuration. CPU: i7-7700 MB: Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K4 BIOS: P7.10 (Default setting) VGA: GT1030 Monitor: ASUS VS247HR
In BIOS, connect the HDMI or DVI once a time,
both can display properly. Please only connect the HDMI to check. If you want to use multi monitor, please get into
OS and installed the NVIDIA driver.
Thank you! Yours truly, ASRock TSD |

(Google translate) Hello, I have a Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K4 (i7 7700, Corsair Cx-500) and am having problems with my video card I recently bought a Geforce 1030 and when I installed it on the motherboard, I had no video output (DVI and HDMI). I tested both PCI-E. I took in a technical assistance and tested the vga on other motherboards, worked properly. Even so, the support technician switched to another VGA and suggested resetting the BIOS. Before doing this I tested with the new VGA and the problem persisted. I reset the BIOS (to inform, the BIOS was already in version 7.10) and the VGA turned on the monitor but only on the DVI output. The other monitor connected through HDMI and did not work. I changed the cables and monitors and verified that the problem occurs even with HDMI. I can not send the motherboard to the support check, because the post office here are on strike (Old Problems of Brazil) I would like some guidance on the problem: could it be some power problem, compatibility, or could the PCI-E be in trouble?
