this feature is implemented in the new bios with 0x12B update.

The IA VR Voltage Limit BIOS setting, which allows you to set a hard cap on the Vcore that is provided to the CPU, is missing on MSI boards. This setting could be used as a safeguard against dangerously high VID requests that could degrade the CPU.

Asus and Gigabyte had these settings (which apparently is an Intel Architecture setting), but so far MSI had no intention to add this, for whatever reason.
But apparently they have now changed their mind and are going to implement this setting as well:
