How do I lock minimum speed on Taichi X299 |

i think you can't overclock your Taichi CPU at maximum clock speed, you have to use it on default settings,.

My Taichi X299 is my first foray into the world of ASROCK, so please forgive me if this is a dumb question.
On my Gigabyte boards, it's pretty easy to force the minimum clock speed of the CPU, but I can't seem to figure out where to do that on my Taichi. Essentially, without forcing it to a minimum, my 7940x is bouncing all over the place with the clock speeds as low as 1100mhz up to 4300mhz. I'd like to be able to force it to not drop below the stock speed of 3100mhz. Thanks!
