My brand new assembled computer is having some issues while starting up. While booting up for the first time it went completely fine going to the BIOS startup screen. But once restarting the system, it did not even show me the BIOS startup screen. It does it's regular flicker through the Dr. Debug and at some point ends up stuck on code 16. If I power off the system and turn it on again, it will go to the BIOS screen completely fine. Why is that? I do not know, I've tried seating the CPU back in place, moving the RAM around and clearing the CMOS but nothing seems to be fixing the issue. I need some help troubleshooting this issue. :(
