Topographic0cean, please post a complete list of your specifications in your signature including power supply, BIOS and OS.  See here for Debug codes: http://forum.hwbot.org/showthread.php?t=16017
You may need contact ASRock for that code.  Enjoy, John.

That is about 0d: Problem related to memory, VGA card or other devices. Please clear CMOS, re-install the memory and VGA card, and remove other USB, PCI devices.

This means it's not necessary the RAM, could be some other device as well.

There are many other memory-specific RAM codes. Check here: https://www.asrock.com/support/faq.asp?id=334

Unfortunately, unless you try with another GPU and/or RAM we won't know for sure.

Wow! Is that a 4333MHz RAM?!?! I've always wanted to see I someone tries >4000MHz RAM on Ryzen!

Other than that, what happens if you clear the CMOS again and try with just 1 stick of RAM?

My new build with an x370, Ryzen 1800 and G.Skill F433c16D-32TZSK memory will not POST and is showing 0d.

Other posts recommend reseting the CMOS, checking everything, reseating the CPU, and so on.  I have tried all of this and still get the 0d.  Is there nothing left to try to pinpoint the issue except return the board?
