AB350M-HDV chassis fan speed

   Dear Koikun,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

When installing 3-Pin fan on the CHA_ FAN1, it only works at full speed.

If you would like to control fan speed, please install 4-pin fan on the CHA_ FAN1.

	I have 3 pin fan that I connected to chassis fan 1. It runs with maximum speed ~2900 rpm. How can I set speed of this fan?
