Dear Colesky,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Regarding your case, if the VGA card has been installed, the default output will set to VGA card.

We provide some suggestions to try:

1.     Please connect the monitor to VGA card and start up the system to check.

2.     Clear CMOS to load BIOS default.

Please check user manual p23 to clear CMOS.

3.     Only install CPU and one stick memory to check if the system can boot into BIOS properly.

4.     Please try to install one stick memory at A1, B1, A2 and B2 slot to check if the system can boot into BIOS properly.

5.     Reinstall CPU and check if CPU socket pin is fine.

6.     If it is possible, please change another CPU or DRAM to check if the system can boot into BIOS properly.

Thank you!

Yours truly,

ASRock TSD

Brand new Z370 Board.  Physical installation went fine.  Powerup up system with no problem and am getting zero video output from both onboard HDMi and DVI ports nor on my PCIe EVGA 1070 card.  Just nothing.  System powers up okay though.  BIOS looks to be P1.00 which seems old to me.

Have tried different monitors and different cables.  No dice.

Anybody having this video issue or know a way to get around it?
