First of all a detailed list of Components used and what u did would help.
Also if something on your Motherboard went into smoking habits. It is good idea to contact your retailer or ASROCK and start a warranty ticket of sorts because u propably somehow killed your board, and hopefully nothing else |

I have a AsRock h110 pro btc plus. I installed my Pentium G4400, a Corsair M.2 SSD, and 8gb ram into the board. I connected the CPU fan and the two 4 pin molex, and the 8 pin (atx12v1). I could not get anything to turn on and found that i have to have the SATA power plugged in. So i connected the SATA plug and when i turned everything on i noticed one of the components (Q16), between the 24 pin motherboard connector and the reset button, went up in smoke. I was testing everything without the PCEi plugged in to verify i had power. Question 1) Did i do something wrong? Question 2) where can i send this to get repaired |
