matesteinforth, not nearly enough information to understand, but I have seen the same thing. One cause was when I updated my AV (Comodo) and I have opened a bug report with them. Another is after hitting the Reset button. I also think that W10 has the capability to activate CMS. Does any of this seem familiar? Enjoy, John.

My asrock fatal1ty x399 is set up with NVME raid, but keeps activating CSM, so I need to manually go into BIOS to switch it off to be able to boot. This happens irregularly.
